Adding Kernel Config for Segment Routing (Srv6)
I'm currently using alpine for testing new Routing Features and use them as VM or PCEnginge APU based hardware routing boxes (also on alix boards with lbu and read only fs on cfdisk).
Currently i'm missing the following Configurations in the kernel:
CONFIG_IPV6_SEG6_LWTUNNEL
CONFIG_IPV6_SEG6_HMAC
Optional nice would be:
CONFIG_IPV6_SEG6_BPF
(CONFIG_IP6_NF_MATCH_SRH is currently availble as modul)
With this features SRv6 (IPv6 Segment Routing) can be used out of the box, the current testing kernel (5.11) has a huge range of SRv6 Functions/Actions implemented. Additional iproute2 is capable to configure the networking part for SRv6.
Most recent Distributions are including the settings already (Debian, ArchLinux, Ubuntu, ...)
Is there a chance to get these config settings reach the standard alpine kernel?
