Applying fix for issue #4512 to python 3
I still see the same issue that was described in #4512 but with python3 instead of python2.
Here’s my proof:
raphaels-MacBook:api rapha$ docker run —rm -ti alpine:3.3 sh -c “apk
update && apk add file python && python -c ‘from ctypes.util import
find_library;print find_library(\“magic\”)’”
libmagic.so.1
Now, same logic but with Python 3:
raphaels-MacBook:api rapha$ docker run —rm -ti alpine:3.3 sh -c “apk
update && apk add file python3 && python3 -c ‘from ctypes.util import
find_library;print(find_library(\“magic\”))’”
None
I wonder if it is just the matter of applying the patch that fixed #4512 to Python 3.
