vim: too many dependencies?
With 2.2/edge this is the current list of packages pulled in by vim:
apk del vim
(1/15) Purging vim (7.3.154-r0)
(2/15) Purging libxt (1.1.1-r0)
(3/15) Purging lua (5.1.4_p3-r1)
(4/15) Purging ncurses-libs (5.9-r0)
(5/15) Purging libsm (1.2.0-r1)
(6/15) Purging libx11 (1.4.3-r0)
(7/15) Purging libgcc (4.5.2-r7)
(8/15) Purging ncurses-base (5.9-r0)
(9/15) Purging libice (1.0.7-r1)
(10/15) Purging libuuid (2.18-r2)
(11/15) Purging libxcb (1.7-r1)
(12/15) Purging xcb-proto (1.6-r1)
(13/15) Purging libxau (1.0.6-r1)
(14/15) Purging libxdmcp (1.1.0-r1)
(15/15) Purging pkgconfig (0.23-r2)
Can the dependency list be lighten up a bit so that X related pkgs (for example) aren’t pulled in?
Thanks!
