acf-weblog: filter out TCP_DENIED log entries
Some applications tries cowardly to fetch things from internet and will retry forever if it gets an auth denied. This will flood the log and will bring the acf-weblog log importer to the knees.
We can workaround this by not importing TCP_DENIED log lines.
