Asterisk start/stop script missing core dump
The /etc/init.d/asterisk script is missing the option to create core dump files (see https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Getting+a+Backtrace\#GettingaBacktrace-PreparingAsteriskToProduceCoreFilesOnCrash).
The attached patch worked for me on v3.2.3 but it looks like the same problem exists on later versions.
