build sane on ARM
Sane cannot build on aarch64, armhf and armv7 because musl doesn’t have
support to build libieee1284, and sane depends on libieee1284.
I prepared fixes for sane to build it with libieee1284 on x86* and to
build it on ARM’s without libieee1284, i.e. backends for paralel port
devices. That way sane could be used on ARM for network and usb devices,
which are today mostly used and paralel port devices are rare.
Patch on patchwork.alpinelinux.org will follow.
